Comer Lagos' Exuberance is a Heritage Trait provided by the Lagoss heritage. It chiefly applies to those Lagos who are from elsewhere in The Federation and have immigrated to the Basin, and to their descendants. This is a Passive Effect. Characters with this trait gain a boon on social skill checks except those made to intimidate or coerce-by-force.
