Darkvision is a Heritage Trait provided by the Delivin heritage. The Delvin are fundamentally subterranian and have remarkable sense of vision in the absense of natural light. This is a Passive Effect. Characters with this trait may see as normal (except without the perception of individual colors) in the dark.
